Cancellation Policy

Safety & Insurance North Island Bounce Castle carries $3 million in public liability insurance. Our staff are professional, approachable, and fully trained to operate our units safely, ensuring a secure experience for all participants. All inflatables are securely anchored using 18-inch stakes or engineered sandbags for maximum stability. Our team members hold valid First Aid certificates and have first aid kits on hand while supervising inflatables at your event. Safety is our top priority in every aspect of our service. Upon delivery, our staff will provide safety guidelines, rental agreements, and policies. You will be guided through proper operation procedures and given an operational checklist. If you require a staff operator, the fee is $30.00 per hour per unit. Rental Times We offer 4-hour, 7-hour, and 24-hour (overnight) rentals. Weekend rates are available upon request. Cancellation Policy A minimum 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid charges. In extreme weather or safety situations, North Island Bounce Castle Rentals reserves the right to cancel up to four hours prior to the event if safety becomes an issue. Deposits Bookings requiring more than two units require a $250 deposit. Payment Methods Preferred payment methods are Cash or E-Transfer (nibcrentals@gmail.com). We also accept portable Debit, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Space & Setup Requirements • Please measure your setup area in advance, including height clearance. • Ground must be level and free of debris. • A power source is required. We supply extension cords. • Two separate power outlets on different breaker panels may be required in older homes. • A generator is available upon request at the time of booking (additional cost applies). Pet Cleanup Policy If pets use the event space, all waste must be cleaned up before our staff arrive. A $25 cleaning fee will be charged if staff must clean the area or castle due to improper cleanup. Travel Costs No travel charge within Sayward. $30 round trip – Campbell River $35 round trip – Oyster River, Black Creek, and Merville $40 round trip – Comox & Courtenay Delivery fees beyond these areas may vary depending on location.
